Ross Lake is a life-long Kootenay resident. From an early career in the business field to the past 17 years as a Licensed Real Estate Salesman, Ross has earned his reputation as trustworthy and reliable. Outside of his business life, Ross has been a director and past-president of the Kootenay Real Estate Board, a Councilor for the City of Nelson, Chair of the Heritage Revitalization Committee, and Chair of the Waterfront Development Committee.
Tad Lake is also a born-and-raised Nelsonite. With a Certificate from the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Tad followed in his father’s footsteps and went into real estate, working for Nelson’s venerable RE/MAX RHC Realty. Tad distinguished himself early, earning the coveted nation-wide President’s Club Award for RE/MAX Realtors in 1999, and both are members of RE/MAX’s 100% Club.
